Plastic collapsible, reshippable and reusable containers are an alternative to corrugated boxes, saving both money and valuable landfill space. Our patented hinge allows folding across the flutes in all gauges. This unique feature, available only from Amatech/Polycel, allows the containers to fold flat for inexpensive storage and return, and provides flexibility in customizing containers to meet your specifications.

Amatech/Polycel expendable (throw-away) and returnable foam products are engineered to protect even the most delicate items. Plastic, corrugated sleeves, like all our products, are custom-sized and can be used with wood, steel or thermoformed pallets to secure virtually any product.

In addition, we can design and build rack and cart systems from the ground up utilizing our plastic corrugated containers and/or foam products to meet specific shipping and storage requirements.

Amatech/Polycel is one of North America's leading supplier of converted corrugated plastic products and a supplier of returnable and reusable packaging systems. Amatech Polycel specializes in custom containers made from corrugated plastic. Corrugated plastic shipping containers, corrugated boxes and corrugated plastic totes can be manufactured to customer specifications. Standard plastic boxes can be collapsible or rigid. Many features can be incorporated into corrugated plastic containers including lids, fold-in flaps, handles and closure systems. Plastic totes made from corrugated plastic allow for storage and material handling. A common design feature on corrugated plastic totes is tapered sides so that totes can nest with other totes of the same construction. Other tote options include h-channels, u-channels and reinforced corners that allow totes to be stacked even when loaded. Stacking totes reduces the amount of floor space occupied by the storage containers. Corrugated plastic totes can also be supplied with partitions and other dunnage to provide more flexibility.

Besides corrugated boxes and corrugated totes, Amatech/Polycel has extensive expertise in the design and manufacture of partitions and dunnage. Dunnage can be made to fit virtually all containers including Amatech/Polycel's corrugated plastic products as well as injection molded totes and boxes. Divider sets, layer pads, foam inserts and abrasion resistant laminates (spunguard and
XLPE) are designed to protect your products. Adding even greater versatility to Amatech/Polycel's capabilities is its foam packaging products. Packaging foams available include Polyethylene (PE), Cross-Link Polyethylene (XLPE) and Polyurethane. These come in many densities and colors. The expendable foam products range from endcap sets for computer components to convoluted foam in paper corrugated cartons. Our returnable foam products can be combined with plastic corrugated, rack systems, and totes to
provide product safety in most shipping environments.

Plastic corrugated sleeves have broad applications from shipping crushed cans to automotive and medical parts. Sleeves are custom sized and can be used with wood or thermoformed pallets. We also offer molded bulk containers and a repair program to replace broken containers in your production and shipping system at a fraction of the cost of new containers.
